Waterway Configurations
SINOCOREDRILL bit's are offered with multiple custom waterway configurations. Waterway selection should be determined based on the drilling condition and approach appropriately to the bit, flush away cuttings, and maximize penetration rates.

Standard/channel flushing (cf)
The bit face contact area is reduced by around 15% compared to the normal arrangement by waterway canals. is most suitable for formation that range from hard to extremely hard while under solid or at most slightly broken conditoins, typically chopped with a lower bit load.

WIDE
applicable to the majority of impregnated core bits. ensure excellent mud circulation from the core barrel's inside to the exterior. is generally employed on wire line core bits and thin-kerf core bits that are designed for use in mostly fractured rocks.

TURBO
is advised in situations when extremely large flushing volumes-higher than usual flushing volumes----are needed in tougher, cemented formatios, gives roughly a 40% improvement in flushing capacity standard type arrangement while keeping roughly the same bit face area

Face discharg
is advised to use when drilling in moderately brittle, unconsolidated formations and/or when employing triple tube wire line core barrel system since it ejects fluid through ports molded into the bit's face and has a low fluid pressure
Starred/ W Profile
Standard profile for most impregnated bits. it provides good drilling stability and is suitable for various formations.
Flat Profile
It's suitable for various rocks, often used impregnated casing bits, casing shoes as well as bits with very hard metrics
Cross Profile
It's specially designed for ultra-hard formations, such as granite (hardness 8-9), genister, quartzite, siliceous limestone, cherty, etc
Semi-Round profile
Even diamond distribution in the bit face, suitable for drilling medium-hard and hard rocks, or a little broken and loose formation.
Multi-Step profile
Multi-Step type impregnated bit are suitable for soft to medium hard formations and altering hard-soft formations.
